Our immediate objectives are to launch an MVP and a Beta platform, in that consecutive order.

  • Our first goal is to launch an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), aiming to answer the question: 'Can we build this?' ETA end of October.

  • Once that's established, our next step is to launch a Beta platform, with the core focus on 'How can we tailor this to user preferences?' ETA end of 2023.

  • After validating the platform’s value with users, we will proceed with a commercial roll-out, incorporating various marketing strategies and forming partnerships. ETA 1H2024.

Our approach is driven by user-led development, prioritising direct responses to user feedback to effectively address pain points and build a strong user base. Phase 1: Pilot testing

  • Build and launch MVP that includes essential features for both makers and takers. (Oct 2023)

  • Build and launch Beta Platform. Conduct pilot user testing, establish user feedback loop for features validation and user experience refinement (end of 2023)

Phase 2: Commercial roll-out

  • Commercial rollout based on pilot users feedbacks (1H 2024)

  • Attract existing and new traders by minimising user switching costs and boosting accessibility

  • Employ a mix of organic marketing, paid marketing and strategic partnerships

Traction

  • Development: 85% backend and 65% frontend completed. (MVP)

  • Funding: ~10% committed, 20% is soft closed.

  • Marketing: 15 partnerships secured,
